Kindly read all the rules and guidelines for the Training bootcamp. Once you register and make payment, it will be deemed that you have accepted these rules and guidelines mentioned below.

For payment options, you will need to be able to make a transfer to ICICI India bank account or Paypal (for non-India locations) – payment details will be emailed to you separately once you confirm your registration and sessions / packages you opt in for. Please send a copy of the payment transfer to shibua@gmail.com once complete.
Kindly ensure you confirm registration and make payment at least 3 days before the first session in your package / options – session invite shall be emailed to you once payment has been confirmed.
Training Rules and Guidelines
Since we have attendees from various regions / timezones, please be respectful of everyone’s time and kindly be punctual for class – we will start on time and not keep waiting for late arrivals – nor would we have the time to repeat content that has already been addressed in the session.
Recordings and presentations slides shall not be made available – please do pay attention in class, understand the concepts, take notes and clarify your doubts.
Please do not record or take screen captures of the training
Please do not share the session invite links to any one else – it is intended only for the registered participant.
Please do not share details about the training on social media / other communication channels – in case your friends or coworkers are interested, kindly send me their email id / contact info and we shall get in touch with them for training registration.
Kindly be available on video during the training for identity validation of the attendee as well as to help with maximum collaboration during the training sessions
Do choose a quiet environment with minimal disturbance during the training so that you can make full use of the session – we will provide break in between if the session is expected to go beyond 2 hrs
We will not be able to provide you with an SFMC org for practice – please do make use of your own org to practice the concepts that you learn from each session. We will try and provide you with sample assignments and scenarios to try on your own – please do make an effort to try out the concepts so that you will be able to understand the foundations well as we progress through the training.
We will try and cover the topics listed under each of the modules within the stipulated time – in case we run out of time, we will try to conduct an adhoc session based on the convenience of the attendees to cover the remaining topics.
Some sessions expect you to have prior foundation knowledge – for e.g. if you take the API session, you are expected to already know AMPscript and SSJS. We won’t be able to repeat pre-requisite basics in such sessions so if you need a refresher or not confident on the basics, we would recommend taking the sessions on the basics as well.
Please keep your questions specific to the content covered in each of the sessions – we shall not be taking questions to resolve your client requirements and / or interview questions. The objective of the sessions is to make you well-versed on the SFMC foundations and concepts so that you can work independently on such requirements.
We will not be able to provide sample questions for interviews or certifications – if you understand the concepts well, prepare using the Salesforce documentation, Trailhead and then hands-on, you should be able to answer most of the questions.
Session dates / times in the training calendar may be changed in case of unavoidable circumstances such as trainer’s health issues, emergency travel, etc. We will notify you in case you have registered for a pre-scheduled session that has been changed to another date / time.
In case you are unable to attend a session due to unavoidable circumstances, please notify us at shibua@gmail.com at the earliest – unfortunately since we cannot offer refunds, we will check for the option to attend the missed session in a future batch.
We reserve the right to remove a participant from the Training Bootcamp if he / she violates the rules and guidelines mentioned above without providing any refund – so we request your kind co-operation in abiding by these.
