Shibu Abraham is an IT Director with UST based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Salesforce Contributions

Shibu is a Salesforce MVP and a Marketing Champion. He is a 21X Salesforce Certified Application Architect and currently leads the Marketing Cloud Trailblazer Community Group in Cyberjaya. He is a big fan of LWC, Marketing Automation, programming in SFMC and blogging on SFMC topics. He believes in innovation, continuous learning and sharing knowledge about Salesforce and promotes various events for the Salesforce Trailblazer Community.

Agile Contributions

Shibu is a passionate agilist and part of the Agile Malaysia organizers group. He helps with Agile community events in the region. He is a certified agile coach and helps train and mentor teams on agile.
